Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits
1. Getting 7-8 hours a sleep per night. Well, on most nights for I tend to stay up at least twice a week and get like 5 hours sleep.
2. I stay hydrated. Gotta have my water!
3. I eat more fruits now especially pears and grapes.

Last week I celebrated my birthday in the company of fine friends. I don’t normally celebrate my birthday and I certainly don’t make a big deal out of it, but it was nice. 🙂 Like I always say for the upcoming week: Suprise me, God.

TWO JULYS BACK:
Pizza and coffee! Or better yet, coffee flavored pizza. Hey, now that does not sound too bad an idea!
Pasta is very versatile and there are many different ways I can cook it. But I also LOVE curry. I like coffee, but water is more nourishing than coffee. So, kudos water!
It’s impossible for me to live on one food and one drink in the end, but I have to go with pasta and water.
