Une petite pause ⏸

Salut mesdames et messieurs!

I’ve come to the decision to take a hiatus of sorts from WP until next year God’s willing. It’s not that I’m uninspired or have run out of ideas, but I have a lot of things going for me right now in terms of the creative process, online classes, health, and just life in general. I’ve decided to step back a bit to access the various situations and see how best to proceed.

However, I still have to log in to post my daily gratitude blog, so if time permits, I’ll read a blog or two – I tend to read the first 8-10 that pops up in the Reader. I already have a few posts scheduled, and I’m currently in the process of revamping the blog once again by getting rid of certain categories and color coding certain posts. 

Before I can throw myself into the thick of things, I’m going to take my jacket off…

…and just relax for a bit. I’m going to miss you, but I’ve been inactive lately, so I need to do this for myself. I hope we reconcile soon. May God’s peace be with you.

Une petite pause ✋

Anyways, mesdames et messieurs, this is to inform you that I’ll be missing in action for a week or three. Yes, you heard right. I am taking a break away from blogging although it seems like I’ve just returned. But it’s only for a short while. I don’t have anything scheduled except Scripture of the Week.

So, you know what I’m going to do: take my jacket off…

…and relax. Actually, I won’t be relaxing. I have a lot of things that I need to do including projects, therefore, this break is actually going to be beneficial in getting those things out of the way. Also, I need to spend some alone time with God so it’s going to be a reflective, self-examine and cleansing period for me.

I’m going to miss you, but we’ll reconcile soon. I know the last time I said this (last December) and I ended up returning later than the planned date (April instead of January).

C’est la fin de l’année!

It’s the end of the year!

I’m currently looking back at 2018 and reflecting on my walk with God, and I am still surprised at how fast the time just flew by! However, I cannot complain about 2018, for it drew me closer to God in many ways. I was reminded that I can’t always have what I want on my time and peace was given to me in ways I couldn’t even begin to describe. 

I also learned to let go of unimportant things that I was holding onto. I’ve also thought about revamping the blog, but that would most definitely come next year God’s willing. 

Hiatus

I’m taking a break from blogging this month… from this Wednesday God’s willing. During this time, I won’t be logging in at all. I plan to come back sometime in January or February God’s willing, so I’m going to take my jacket off…

…and just relax and bask in God’s presence. I’m going to miss you, but we’ll reconcile soon. 💙

Hiatus

I just realize that according to how fast you say the word ‘hiatus’ it sounds like ‘hi haters’. Anyways, it’s time for me to announce a short hiatus.

I’ll be spending some time away from social media for the rest of the week and that means blogging too. I’ve scheduled some posts given that I was looking forward to this time away from the blog. I have material to write, books to read, sleep to catch up on, family to spend time with, a pet to spoil, but most of all, time with God. 

I hope you have a wonderful and blessed week and I’ll be back sometime in January 2018 be it God’s willing to catch up with your blogs. Take care and stay safe.

Hello, wonderful readers! I’ve been dreading this, but I need to take a break from blogging. I am battling with anemia and lately, I’ve been really exhausted and although I am trying to troop on, I’m currently like…

And I was like, ‘Yes! That is exactly what I need. I need to be in my own universe for a while’, so I’ve decided to announce a hiatus.

I would not be blogging or engaging in social media from Saturday to Monday God’s willing. I plan to come back on Tuesday and catch up with all the blogs. I may schedule a few posts for the time that I’ll be offline. So, I’m going to take my jacket off…

…and just relax for those few days. I’m going to miss you guys, but I must do this.
