“Beat Cancer Naturally” is a book that is based on the true life experience of my mum’s battle with cancer- the diagnosis, unending nightmare, ray of hope, miracle, diet and lifestyle regimen.

In 2016, my mum went to the hospital for her routine pap smear test. She does this every year (I’ll advise that every woman takes this seriously).

When she went back for her result, it was not business as usual. Rather, like a bomb explosion, she got the shock of her life. She was diagnosed of Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma – MDA (malignancy).

Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix is a rare variant of cervical cancer. It accounts for 1 to 3% of all cervical cancers, it is not easily diagnosed and there is no standard treatment.

With so much information about the danger of toxins, you may be wondering if you need to detox your body. Over the years I’ve read a lot of information about diets, procedures, and other common approaches to detoxification.Traditionally, detoxification was done in the spring and fall when temperatures were moderate and fresh greens were unlimited. However, the popularity of New Year’s resolutions in January pushes people to want to cleanse in the winter.
Our body is designed to detox naturally. A complete body detox is a long and committed process but can be especially rewarding. If you’ve never performed a detox, I recommend it. February 7th: Right to health


Is access to medical care something that governments should provide, or is it better left to the private sector? Are there drawbacks to your choice?

At the moment, I am not in the best of moods to justify my opinion with a lengthy answer. However, I will say that being healthy is our responsibility and I think that access to medical care is better left to the private sector. The government is supposed to provide top medical care to citizens, but they’re failures.
