1. Getting 7-8 hours a sleep per night. Well, on most nights for I tend to stay up at least twice a week and get like 5 hours sleep.
2. I stay hydrated. Gotta have my water!
3. I eat more fruits now especially pears and grapes.

Small. I used to like it when I was little, now, I feel as if it’s just suffocating me. I’m working on getting out of it.

Writing! I’ve been extra happy with my writing lately and I was just grateful for it last week. I’m not sure what I’m looking forward to as yet.
