***I was kind of bored and wanted to write something – ANYTHING! – and this was the result. It’s not much, but like I said, I just wanted to write something. πŸ™‚

February 6th: Choose your adventure

 :

Write a story or post with an open ending, and let your readers invent the conclusion.

I have some catching up to do. For this prompt, I’ll use the beginning of my new story,Β The Best Is Yet To Come.Β

The early evening sky was a prism of colors as she walked the nearly deserted beach, digging her fuchsia pink polished toes into the soft sand.

And that was when she saw him.

I’ll turn this over to you now: who do you think the ‘he’ was?

February 5th: Call me, maybe

 :

Describe your relationship with your phone. Is it your lifeline, a buzzing nuisance, or something in between?

I don’t have a relationship with my phone which is great. I currently use my phone as a tablet. Most of my dealings with people are done face to face.

Clean

Water Drop

This song by Depeche Mode is special to many people who’ve overcome addiction. It means a lot to me where it concerns my baptism. When I rose out of the water, it was the cleanest I’ve felt and nothing can measure up to that single beautiful experience.

Clean
The cleanest I’ve been
An end to the tears
And the in-between years
And the troubles I’ve seen

Now that I’m clean
You know what I mean
I’ve broken my fall
Put an end to it all
I’ve changed my routine
Now I’m clean

January 04th: Quote me

 :

Do you have a favorite quote that you return to again and again? What is it, and why does it move you?

 :

This quote moves me because it’s a promise made by God and He can never lie. Seeking after His interests for us and not ours can really be rewarding in the end.
