Espresso Shots โ˜•, Musings

Well, October is here.

Where is the time going, huh?

I know I don’t sound excited, but trust me, I am. ๐Ÿ˜

I’ve been looking back at 2018 thus far and doing some reflecting. I’ve also been examining the changes and growth within me. I am not perfect and I am still a work in progress, but I’ll always take every opportunity to go to God in prayer and seek forgiveness if I have to. I am thankful for every breath I am given for every day I get closer to my Maker.

And time is certainly getting shorter.

Challenge forย octobre

Every month I make plans to start something or complete something (tying up loose ends), but for some reason, I never get around to doing so. Also, I am in the process of revamping the blog once again, but those changes would come early next year God’s willing. Once again, I’ll try to make it my duty to get the product review done and the Tobago trip for this month.ย

Blessed octobreย to all and keep walking with Jesus.ย

365 Days of Writing

January 04th: Quote me

Do you have a favorite quote that you return to again and again? What is it, and why does it move you?

This quote moves me because it’s a promise made by God and He can never lie. Seeking after His interests for us and not ours can really be rewarding in the end.

Inspiration & Words

The “Awesome Quote Challenge”: Day 1

I collect quotes so it’s nice to be doing this challenge. As writers, we always have a quote ready to use for many situations.

I’ve been nominated to do the Awesome Quote Challenge by the wonderful Carola. Thank you for the nomination girl!

Today is my first day and these are the rules:

1. Thank the blogger who nominated you.

2. For 3 consecutive days, you have to post a quote.

3. Nominate 3 different bloggers each day.

Today’s quote:

I live by this word. Giving does not mean gifting people expensive or material things. We can give people our time and give back to the community. Smile and compliment someone instead of bringing them down. Volunteer at a charity or a local shelter. Make a donation, express your love, hug someone.

Giving is never a burden.

Today I nominate:

*** Honest minute: I don’t want to disturb anyone’s blog. If you don’t want to do it, then it’s no pressure at all.
