The Crane

I thought about discontinuing this challenge earlier when I realized that I haven’t been updating it as I should, but timing is everything. I plan to see this challenge to the end no matter how long it may take me.

These birds got rhythm in their feet and wings!

🐦 The 15 species of cranes are placed in four genera. The Japanese cranes (pic above) are my absolute favorite!

🐦 Cranes are large birds with long legs and long elegant necks. When they fly, their necks are often outstretched.

🐦 The cranberry got its name from Dutch and German settlers. They called it “crane berry” because of the plant’s crane-like stem and flower and the berry grew in marshy areas where cranes hang out.

🐦 Cranes dance to attract a partner, and they mate for life.

Other birds with the letter ‘C’ I considered were the elegant Courser, Cockatoo, and the Cormorant. Now, go watch these majestic birds dance. It’s the best thing you’re going to see today, if not for the week.

  1. Wow! Truly magnifique!!! ❤ that dance was so elegant and full of God's grace. I believe the animals praise God more than us and that's a sad reality. I had a photo of the crane for the brochure on my phone and said that this bird is really beautiful and here I discovered the name of it from this post, so please do continue with this series, for it is educating us about the various bird species and of course their names 😀 God bless & keep up the good work!

    1. It certainly was! I enjoyed their dancing so much, I went on to watch other videos. They’re such elegantly poised birds! They even look like they’re taking a bow after a performance. Hmm, that’s the very same assumption I come to whenever I see how nature worships the Creator. Yes, such a beauty!

Well, girl, timing is everything especially when it’s done on God’s time. Remember I told you that the blog will be revolving around birds this year? Look at how everything is lining up. Even the new blog header is going to be a bird.

I apologize for the lengthy reply. To God be the glory always and yes, I do look forward to continuing this project. Thank you for your support always; I appreciate it. 💙

      1. Yes indeed! I recalled you told me this during our reconciliation! Yes that I noticed coming down to the end of the video! Yup, indeed. Yes!

Amen yes indeed! 🙂 Yes I recalled and you see how He showed through the cup with the bird, butterfly and something else in the store? Haha! What an awesome God we serve! ❤

That's okay, no need to at all man! 😀 Amen yes forever & always! Thank you JESUS! Bless God, no problem at all! Blessings & strength to you!
