  1. That last one, with the red hue, wow😻😍 I’m so grateful for all of nature but if I had to pick one thing, right now it would be the Marlin that is nesting in the eave of my porch 😁 it will sneak in and out while I’m out there, like I don’t see it. I pretend not to although I’ll talk to it sometimes. I just can’t help myself.

      1. I love it too. I don’t know if it’s a girl or a boy, so I keep calling it an it hehehe. When it was snow on the ground. It didn’t even care if I was sitting out there. It would come land on the rail, turn left and right. I told it, “I’m not going to mess with you silly. It’s freezing, just go in your nest”. It flew down to the ground, then back to the rail, then into the nest. hehehe

      2. He is right though, well half right hehehe. I don’t call ALL birds marlins BUT i frequently call the wren’s, marlins. I don’t know why, they look nothing alike each other. They will sit on our light fixture, between the light and the ceiling over our deck. I’ll say, we have a marlin on the light out back. His reply, without even looking, “its a wren” hehehe. Me, “how do you know, you haven’t even looked” Hubby, “I don’t have to, its a Wren”

      3. “I don’t have to, it’s a Wren.” Hubby sure knows his birds! I don’t even know mine save a few including my favorite: the Kiskadee.

  2. For me, I’ve always loved caves the most. They’re dark and silent (two qualities I adore) and every sound echoes loudly, whether it is a drip of water or footsteps on the stone. I visited the Jewel Caves in South Dakota this past year and it was so peace way below the ground. I could probably live there.

  3. The mountains and the sea are my TOP TWO FAV things about nature. The sun, breeze and the chirping of my miscellaneous birds in the tall treesπŸ’• and of course Sally my coconut tree πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
