Day 09: A book you thought you wouldn’t like but ended up loving

I’ll have to go with The Luxe series by Anna Godbersen. I don’t know how I’ll feel reading it now (Maybe I’ll give it 2 stars, who knows?), but back then when I first read this historical series, I was taken aback by how much I actually liked the characters (Diana especially) and the setting.

Olive oil is definitely a must-have for chefs. I often associate olive oil with the Greeks and the Italians because they use it a lot in their cooking (Yes, feel free to correct me if I’m wrong). Olive oil also has many health benefits including:

^ Reducing risk of Type 2 diabetes

^ Aid in preventing strokes

^ Protects against breast cancer

It can also help with hair growth.

Would I eat it?: I use it for cooking and anointing.
