October 5th: Eye of the beholder

Describe what it feels like to hear a beautiful piece of musicΒ or see a stunning piece of art.

I’ll say it’s like, BOOM! Exploding butterflies!

Experiencing a beautiful piece of music makes me feel soothed and that everything in that moment is serene. Well, I can safely say this about “Carl Le Pianiste” when he plays the piano. I actually wrote a short story about talented musicians in Parisian train terminals because I was inspired by some of them.

As for art, well, there is nothing more breathtaking than the free art which God has given to us that makes me stop, pause, wonder, and to be thankful. Nature is unbeatable art! ❀

  1. I like that this prompt really inspired you to write. Sometimes they only result in a short line, but this one inspired pictures and a video. I’m still listening to the pianist as I type. Thanks for sharing. πŸ™‚

    1. I had to come back because a song popped up on my playlist that I love. And since we were just talking about music I thought I’d share it with you. The song is called Odyssey by Talos.

      1. I just listened to it and I played it a few times. Thank you for the suggestion! It’s hard to find good music nowadays. πŸ™‚

      1. I tucked another comment under my first one, and I realized later if your site works anything like mine, you probably wouldn’t get a notification for the reply to someone else’s comment. I don’t often look at the post once it’s published, I preview it beforehand. Otherwise, I spend most of my time in my dashboard that tracks other data for the site.
