There is no other like Jesus Christ. Who, but Jesus can rightfully claim the throne? Who, but Jesus can give us salvation? Because of His selflessness, we’re forgiven, we’re reborn, we’re saved. Besides, if the Lord is for us, who can be against us? He is awesome and there is not another like Him.

My God is awesome
Savior of the whole world
Giver of salvation
By His stripes I am healed

My God is awesome
Today I am forgiven
His grace is why I’m living
Praise His holy name

Short Story #9

Pictures.

That was all she had now.

Even on days when she looked at them and couldn’t recall a certain captured moment, she was grateful to have them. Sometimes there were days when she remembered her old life. The one where she skied on the French Alps or danced to flamenco music in Seville. The one where she was daring, outgoing, and willing to socialize.

Those days were gone, but she still had her pictures.

That was all she had now.
